Need some opinions

Ok well I need some opinions of what everyone wants in the LOD Coolers at Carlisle. My for sure list is Coke, Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Vernors Ginger Ale, Bud, Bud Light, and Hienikin any other choices. I think I am leaving any hard stuff up to the individual. Need input on what else should be in our coolers. Also what munchies do we want there. Chips, Pretzels, Cookies, danish, etc... What are your thoughts I think I want to have some breakfast food there for everyone in the morning. Also I will now reveal one of my secrets. Everyone will get a special Carlisle 2005 Lincolns Of Distinction Golf ball or 2 this year.

Well, it's far and expensive and with me attending WFC 8 (which is closer to home and less pricey), I just can't do both.

Also, I asked before, but what do you guys think about having a BBQ in the field ? The food from onsite vendors is mediocre at best ...

All good suggestions to be taken into consideration. Corona sounds like a sure fire winner and also the diet soda too. The grill idea was also something I was considering too. I have access to a nice standup thermous grill/griddle combo that uses small propane bottles as the fuel. Very clean and efficent too. Dogs and ground beef are a cost effective meal and when done right prove as good or better than most of the showfield food. What do you all think?

i think dogs and burgers could work nicely the small proapane bottles are cheap, diposable and less space taking. plus if anyone wants something special from the grill all they gotta do is bring it and through it on

Yep they are allowed. Oh and the glass bottle rule. Well let's just say that no one enforced it in years past. I will bring the grill and Dogs and Burgers for all. As far as any special items to grill it will be up to individuals. I will however ask one favor, and that is if each member can bring a bag of chips, Pretzels, or any other munchie for the group to enjoy. This will help keep costs down somewhat and be one less thing I need to squeeze in my small car. "insert small car joke here Leo" As you can imagine with Cleaning supplies, Cooler, Canopy, folding chairs, drinks, food, laptop, Ipod and speakers, PS2 and games, Suitcase and numberous otherthings I will be testing the limits as to what a Focus can hold. LOL Just having fun thinking of the times we are going to have this year.

Maybe a U-Haul truck with a car trailer is your best option? This sounds like a lotta stuff!! :eek:
