Just curious, the Cherokee (2000) is it a "SE" - a "SPORT" - a "CLASSIC" or a "LIMITED" - What color?
The 'Vette is really nice! The license plate here in NJ would cause a raised eyebrow, from the law enforcement. A good friend has a 2001 'Vette with tons of mods on it (black over red leather) & his plate was "ID WIN" and they were always pulling him over for "spot checks" ~ finally he got rid of the plate and got "IM SLO" about a year ago. In the year....no pull overs!

Funny you say that, 1. the car is in garwood as we speak, 2. i havent gotton pulled over with that plate yet, but when i move, i am changeing it very quick. Ill have your answering in the jeep part of the series in a few minutes.

<sigh> It makes me wonder what shape my old '63 is in right now, if it still exists, that is. It had a 350HP, 327ci (in theory -- never put it on a dyno.) The last time we drove it was on an Oklahoma race track, while the wife and I were still with the Cowtown Corvettes (NCCC affiliate.) The wife was pregnant with Daughter #2.

We sold it in 86. That's the second car we regretted selling.

The first regret was the wife's 63.5 Galaxy two-door hardtop. We traded it in for a brand new 73 RX-2 Mazda. Which started my rotary addition. I've been clean since getting HOTLNC.

Although the pusher has been around flashing his RX-8.

My lawyer begged the officer not to recite the plate in court. for some thankful reason he didnt say the plate. Im just glad i didnt have to do "time"

Yeah, fer sure...that sure would have put a crimp into building your new house.....I thought that's the car you were in in Newport News. You should see it now. They have a lot more of that new road open...still inviting! But I resist after your escapade. I got stopped there a loooonnnggg time ago. Prob. mid to late 80's. I'm very careful now. Stopped...no ticket.It was back right after new cars starting using the 25 - 35 - 45 - 55 etc on the speedometers instead of the Zero's. Cop came up my window and I was <very loudly> cursing out that feature. He told me to calm down and gave me a warning. He walked away shaking his head...I drove away SMILING!
