I'm not sure if I like the chrome around the bumpers or not. It's the wheels though, it's like the chrome sets off to show off the rims, but those aren't good one. See what it will look like with some nice chrome wheels. Bet it would give it a pimpin look.

I've seen about 5 Marks out here, all seem to be in good shape. 94hondakilla is out here, but he's parting out his car I believe. I bought mine in texas, and actually, the paint is bad. The clearcoat is coming off all over the place. I'm thinking about going with a smoke/gray color, but not until I get the Motor mounts replaced and the struts. I would love some chrome wheels, but they are expensive. You know what? I just realized I've never seen that chrome on the wheel wells on any other Mark. Maybe I havent been paying attention. I have a decal on the trunk that says it's a limited edition. Hmmm? Anyone know??

The wheelwell trim is an aftermarket application as far as I know. Besides a handful across eBay, yours is the first I've seen. The 'limited edition' is most likely a dealer add-on. Perhaps it was a combo with the wheel well trim and other items.
Chrome wheels don't have to be expensive. I have less than $250 in mine after selling the original 20 spokes.

I just bought a 93 Mark VIII in the last few days. I should have it by tomorrow. It also has the chrome trim around the wheel wells. I thought it was maybe a "Canadian" thing for the snow & ice (and the salt they use on the roads) Turns out the previous owner was from Florida and had done it there so it's more of an "old folks" thing. I might tear them off. Depends on what wheels I go with. Mine seem to extend a little further on the rear then yours...mine are bigger than yours lol

I will be posting some great pics once I get her home and cleaned up. I am a photographer up here at an NHRA track so I have no excuses. I do quite a few car shoots so I'll have to pick an area that suits the car....Im thinking Yacht club, lake side type of thing. Naturally, I will also shoot it sitting on the start line at the track. lol
slight contrast there...oh and maybe a shot of it roasting off a set of "they came with the car" Michelins.
I dont know what it is about these cars but I had to own one.
