I was still on cloud nine from the Dyno.......

RE: 600 hp Blown 97 Mark VIII

Nice! :)

Be sure to fix the sig as well. Read the ROC on the content and length of your sig. ;) Listing the mods in signatures screws up the search function of the board.

RE: 600 hp Blown 97 Mark VIII

Now tell us more about the 5.0 stroker build. ;)

RE: 600 hp Blown 97 Mark VIII

Couldn't you up your psi with that setup? Why stop at 15? What tranny are you running?

RE: 600 hp Blown 97 Mark VIII

Actually it hit 17 psi on the dyno, I made a 4" power pipe for the setup
the trans is stock with J mod and slight mods internally (at a Ford dealer under warranty)

600 hp with the stock tranny? Will the dealer cover it when it explodes?

RE: 600 hp Blown 97 Mark VIII

Warranty was over in 2003 (trans done just before end of warranty) but the car was off the road since April 2005 (trusted an newbie with the SCT + stock motor+ boost+ to much timing= BOOM)
But it all worth it now
I intend on a little more beef soon to the transmission
:7

RE: 600 hp Blown 97 Mark VIII

yes, A good friend of mine has an 82 5.0l supercharged running low 10's on a stock short and stock ported heads and a t trim vortech.
Lidio has been tuning EEC4 since the early 90's
Give him a call if you need the tuning
