Pictures hosted on the server consume server resources and Members pay dues to support the club and defer the costs of the server. As such, pictures "hosted" on the server are considered a benefit to paying members. Certain forums are for the benefit of paid members as well, such as the 'Members Rides' forum, which is open for viewing by all but reserved for posting by Members.
