We're in Tennessee. Only problem was clamp blew off turbo abd puy a nice dent in hood. Reinstalled clamp, ran another 300 miles, seems okay. New hood on horizon... warranty. Be back whenever we get another connection!
 
In Memphis, just buried Elvis (again). Camping across the street fron Graceland!! I was here in 1961, when he was actually living here! But today I actually got thru the Graceland gates (on a tour bus!). In '61, there were young girls writing their names with lipsticks on the bricks!
 
I hope it's not as hot yhere as it was last week. Enjoy some good times on Beale Street while you're there! :cool:
 
Still HOT! Leaving in the AM for Texarkana for the night then on to Arlington, TX and 6 Flags for 2 days. Campground ad says it has WiFi, so will catch you up again. After Dallas/Ft Worth/Arlington, we head for San Antonio. Guess my elbow torqued the clamp right the other day...no more problems there....later ya'll.
 
I believe that most all the KOA's have it now. In the one on the Arkansas/Texas border right now. Wi-Fi is up and runnin'
 
Most of the WiFi's are free...this campground has pay for service, but we are close to a neighborhood and someone has an unsecured wireless running....this one's free!!!

Oh BTW, we are in Arlington, TX and raining. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better for 6 Flags...leave here Tuesday AM. I'm messin' w/ Texas!

Love it....BTW, got to Six Flags today...awesome!!! We rode everything there in 4 hours...NO lines at all!! Weekdays is the way to go to these admusement parks!! San Antonio tomorrow!!

Got truck to a Ford dealer this AM here in Arlington, TX. They found a bad sensor that detects boost on the turbo, allowing it to overboost, causing the clamp to fail. They replaced the sensor -re-torqued clamp. Back on the road. I love warranty work and a real GOOD Ford dealer! Walk in service call. Wait time less than two hours!!!
 
Not bad :D if you did that here you would have waited for 2 days... and brought it back after the problem came back...

Now for the real question... why in the WORLD WOULD YOU "FIX" OVERBOOST :D.
 
Over boost will blow the turbo hoses off the clamps...as happened to mine. Overboost is anything over 30 inches. And that's plenty of boost. It'll also make the head bolts 'grow' and the heads will warp.
