Location of the VCRM in a 1998 Mark VIII

I have been told it is brick size with fins located in front of the radiator. The mechanic where my car is said it is located on the passenger side inner fender. has a 3/16 bolt holding the wiring and is approx 4"x5". It is the furtherest part to the outside of the car. Anyone else know more or are these locations talking about different parts?

Any help is always appreciated.
 
Yes this is on passenger side. you need to take tire off, then inner fender plastic off and you will see it next to the air ride pump or abs unit, witch ever one is over there I forgot! Its a black box with fins on the back! it will have a big sticker on it with a few letters on it, it will have one big plug pluged into it! This is a discontinued part and very common part to go bad. very important part also!
 
only the 96 is discontinued, its in a year all of its own. 93-95 are still available and 97-98 is still available. i also sell these and have many of them from all years.
