Headlights on my 93 Mark VIII

I just got a 93 Mark VIII and the Headlights are really dim when my low beams are on. I change the headlight switch cuz that was bad but no change any suggestions on this problem. One more question what is the watts for the low beam light bulbs and the watts for the high beams light bulbs cuz i see that they are the same size (9005). Thanks
 
Your reflectors are probably burned... (if your assemblies are older than 2 years) the only way to get more light output is to replace your current assemblies with either HID units which are nearly impossible to find or new halogen units at $250 a pop.
 
I took my lights out of mine and tried to was them out. Then i took clear sylicone around the out side so no water would get in them. Then i went and bought some $14 clear blue lights or something like that, and put them in high beams and they work pretty good. To get better lighting i think i might get some fog light for it.
 
or try and fine some of these. i just put these in my 93 but good luck getting them for under $500 bucks! these are hid housings and bulbs.

Lights on the mark VIII are notoriously horrible unless you throw some money at it i'm afraid. I'd like to get a set like lsc has......niiiiiiiiice
