Can they be retrieved by the obd-ii system?

I have a clicking sound which sounds its coming from the system display screen area. Could this be the flapper door for the ac? I'm assuming its that since sometimes when i change the a/c settings i will get heat instead of cold air out of the vents. What else could it be? Thanks
