My 97 LSC is having problems shifting into 3rd and 4th. As I am accellerating it tries to shift but it just lets the RPM's fly up to about 5000 and does not accellerate. All other gears are fine. Is this a problem with a valve or actuator or do I have a set of burnt clutch packs? Any advice...
