two quetions: first, what is the oe factory size tires for a 1991 towncar? And if wanted to fit 17" wheels my Tc, what would be the tire size so i can keep my speedo some what right?

i just bought a 91 towncar. and for some reason te wipers just wont work. i replaced the motor and they still didnt work. so i would like to ask if some ones know how i can just wiring them up to a switch til i find the problem.

I have a 95 mark viii, may car just bogged down and seemed to loose power. it cut off, but when started back it idled , but as soon as i hitthe gas it quit. so i replaced the coil pack, new wires, plus and icm, ans still nothing. i dont know what else tolook for, so if anone could point me in...
