19" Wheels

Will I have a problem installing 19" wheels under my MK VIII? I also eventually plan on having the car sensor lowered.

It depends on the width of the wheel, offset, and tire selection. Wit hthe correct wheel/tire combo, you won't have any problems.

I'm looking at 19 X 8 rims with 225/35/ZR19 tires. I'm thinking of possibly going with a little bit larger tread width. How much larger can I go?

well, my stock rim was a 7 incher and I had 245's just fine for better control, and it fit just fine. So with your 8, i think you need AT LEAST 245. Good luck and post some pics.

I have a question to any LOD members out there: Does anyone know whose Mark VIII this is? I saw it on here a few months ago and I forgot to ask them what brand the wheels are...and I really want those wheels.

Car belongs to Thomasma@alltel.net. Wheels are ADR 18 x 8's.
