Just replaced the water pump. What is the best way to refill the water system and get the air out of the system? Thanks

You have to be very careful not to destroy the pipe as they are tough to find is the first thing. Next thing is the square in the cap is for a 1/4" drive. I like to use a "T" handle beaker type bar. It may take some real effort. If it still doesn't budge you may want to get an extra set of hands (friend) and put a pipe wrench (or large Channel locks)carefully on the plug to assist while doing the above.

An important thing to do is make sure you have a back up plug just in case the original gets stripped or the square gets busted. Be sure to liberally coat the o ring and threads with anti sieze on reinstall.

Having the front end slightly elevated will help in getting rid of the trapped air that the system will need bled out (do search here on technique).
