WTB: 1998+ Town Car front center arm-rest/console

So the remaining hinge-weld on my town car's center console has broken. Every time I hit the brakes, the whole thing slides forward and runs into the dash. This annoys me greatly.

My car specifically is a '99, with a gray interior. I suspect this component from any Town Car from 1998 to present will be an appropriate fit. I hope to obtain the console, and the cosmetic plastic covers for either side of the hinge mechanism. (one of the covers is visible in the photo)

I'm thinking this can probably be obtained and shipped (to 55109) for less than $50? If that's unrealistic, I am a bit flexible. But this isn't my "nice" car, so "functional and cheap" is better than "perfect and expensive"

Racebronco, you are the first to come to mind, but of course I'll work with anyone.

For emphasis, it is the main hinge that allows the whole unit to be flipped up as a back-rest that needs to be in good shape.
