86 Sig series TC - rear glass removal help

Sister-in-law came out this morning and back window was shattered. The car has the half vinyl/landau roof on it. Will we have to peel the landau back in order to replace the glass?

Want to do this ourselves. Insurance will not cover and my brother has located a window.

Trust me, being a former body guy, you're better off leaving glass replacement to the pros.

Apparently, there is no way to replace the glass without also replacing the landau roof. this happened a couple years ago to a friend of mine with an '88. Luckilly, his insurance covered it. These days, I don't know if one would be so lucky. (KBB on my 1986 is something like $380!) So yeah, you could do it, but the results won't be pretty.
