93 Alarm problems

For some reason my alarm keeps going off. When the door is open the anti theft light blinks but when I close the door it stops blinking, it did not do that before. When I am driving it goes off also can anybody help me Thanks

If it goes off while you're driving, I'd check the switch at the ignition key/lock cylinder first. Mine did that once, I took it apart and cleaned the contacts. I haven't had the problem since but it's still loose.

Does your lock cylinder feel loose?

Ya it has some play. Do you know why after I turn off the car and close the door the alarm goes off right away. Thanks

Try manually locking your door. That way the alarm isn't set. If it still goes off then, I'd unplug the alarm module behind the glove box until you can find what the problem is.
