Best way to install Sirius Radio

Anyone installed the Sirius Radio with car kit on his or her factory radio? What is the best way to install it, where to install the receiver? What is the best way to install and best location for the antenna?

Well, I don't have Sireus, but I did install XM. Mounted it where the Left seat heat control would go if I had it (don't). Ran antenna under dash, out through the drivers door and under the rubber front windshield moulding to center of roof, just over windshield. My antenna is just a 1 inch square about 1/2 in high. Works great.
