The metal tube going from the EGR to right before the pre cat is broken. Can't see the break yet, but it is near the egr side. Any idea where I can pick the part up?
 
I bought one from the dealer a few years ago. I'm not sure if they are still available though.

Here's a tip:

Start spraying the fitting on the cat side of the tube today with PB Blaster. They can be ugly.:)
 
Yeah I haven't been able to find a diagram of it even in my shop book or on the online parts stores. I will try the dealership on Tuesday or Max. By any chance do you know the name of the part? Couldn't find it under exhaust or emissions.
 
Ordered the parts from max at five star.... they sell the tube shown above but not the fitting where it screws into the exhaust....

I just replaced my tube with one from the local dealer. The new tube is completely machine bent, no more "flex pipe" which is what failed. I replaced mine on a lift with the transmission out. I believe the nuts are 1 1/8" or 1 1/4"

Your best bet is to use a Sawzall or cutting tool to remove the pipe, the nuts are easier to remove at thay point. It's tight in there!

I got my EGR Tube in 06 and it is Flex pipe.
That blow.

You'll have to just PB Blaster the crap out of that nut and possibly use heat to get it loose. Its a pain.....I won't lie.

I was able to order a new tube from the dealer as well when I replaced mine.
