Cheap Mark Manual

I used to sell the official Ford CDs on Ebay and I can tell you this, that is not specific to the Mark. It's a generic CD that covers all cars. Don't waste your money.

You need to find the actual Ford CD that covers 1997 Lincoln Cars. There is a separate one for trucks if you want one for your F250. The CDs aren't made any more but you may find a used one on Ebay. You can also look for the Ford DVD which has the same info.

I have one for the 96 that I bought from Leo. I also bought a DVD that covers the 96-98. They are both very good. For the money I guess I would bite on it if I needed another manual. You could always take action against the seller if it is bogus.

I've always liked the paper manuals for working on cars. I like to bring them to the job when I need them.

I don't use them a lot, but for torque specs and wire colors, they're handy. I do read them to help understand the different systems too.

A good searchable pdf manual is nice though, I don't know if these old Ford manuals have that, Leo?

A funny story: I bought my 3 volume, 98 paper manual (it's great!) from Leo.:D

I already have the CD version which I believe I bought from Leo a long time ago....I just happened to see this one and it looked interesting. I do print out the pages when I need them, then I put them in a 3 ring binder.

It has newer graphics and pdf formating....pictures AND drawings. Helps identify location and parts. Easier to cut/paste....... should I go on? And at only $14.00 it should complement my previous edition. I have asked the seller about the multi-vehicle aspect, awaiting answer. Actually, that would be a plus too as I do help the neighbor widows with their vehicles.......

it sounds like you are working an angle with the neighbor ladies, Bud.. :)
