97 base. Very low miles. Dash lights are weird. They do not come on with headlights, regardless of outside light, when the key is in run position. They do however come on with the ignition off, and headlights switch on. The dimmer switch works fine then. Headlight switch works fine. Absolutely zero other lighting issues. I am not with the car for another week, but looking for ideas since I've never run into such issue.
