Most of the lightbulbs are easy to get to. The easiest is probably the light that illuminates your headlight switch. That entire panel just snaps off. Pull the headlight switch out first by pulling it toward you. Then just unsnap the panel and your tiny little lightbulb is in there to be cleaned or replaced.
The others vary in difficulty. The one under your dashboard near your feet isn't very tough. Just remove two screws holding the black plastic guard that wraps around your brake and accel pedals. The two screws are at the bottom of the dash on the front end (toward your knees) of the black guard. With those removed, the guard drops free and you can unsnap the bulb and replace/clean it.
The award for the pain in the arse bulbs go to the one under your shifter and the ones behind your climate control.
Though.. I guess the ones behind the spedo cluster are a bit of a pain in the butt as well since you have to remove the front dash above the wheel, then remove the cluster then remove the backing... yah that's a pain in the rear for sure.
