Diablo Chip Program

I just bought a used Diablo Chip and am making arrangements to get it reburned.
I have a Jmod in the trans, should I get the line pressure increased?
I have read both pro and con to increasing line pressure to firm up shifts.
I would like the shifts somewhat firmer but not at the expense of trans life.

FWIW the chip I have increased line pressure for better shifts and on top of that I installed a shift kit as well. No complaints here.

I also have the J-mod done, and had them increase line pressure, no complaints.
