Duplicate Window Stickers

Just bought a 2005 Ultimate. Very nice car! Only thing missing was the original window sticker. Anyone know if I can get a duplicate? I heard that unless it's the current model year, Ford won't issue one even for a fee.

It's basically an LS Sport V8 with all options...I think. This car has every option you can get from the factory - NAV, chrome wheels, heated windshield wipers, etc. Not sure Ultimate was the official name of an option package in 05 but I think it was earlier. The's why I'm trying to get the window sticker, to see just what I have and what it's called. Hopefully someone on this board knows.

Like your Mark VIII. I've owned 2 myself, a 93 and a 96 LSC.
 
i worked at lincoln mercury for some time, but i dont remember hearing of an ultimate. i just remember a difference in motors, and the lse... "luxury sport edition" pretty sure you could get a v6 loaded upon request. all i know is the v8 ls ran noyce. maybe the "ultimate" was reffering to a pre care package that may have been given by the dealership, detail- fabric sealing, undercoating, paint sealing, free brakes, fluids, etc, etc. basically every little thing a dealership could charge another $2000 for. hell probably more!
i could be wrong though.

lol, you got me! i was not a salesman. but after thinking about it... i remember seeing the navs with the "ultimate" emblem, but still dont remember the ls's having an ultimate emblem. either way you have proved they really do exist... very nice
i didnt come up with my name for having the best memory....LOL

lol to be fair, I don't think the LS's had the ultimate emblem like the navigators did -- but *I* could be wrong! :)
 
After some research, I believe the unofficial name of the model I have is LS V8 Ultimate. Ultimate is an option package (chrome wheels, NAV, Advance Trac, HIDs). It was renamed in '06 as the Elite package. No emblems anywhere except for the LS V8 on the trunk. I don't have the window sticker so I can't confirm anything yet. I'm told by L/M that I can't get a duplicate window sticker, even for a fee. BTW, If anyone can shed any light on this (window sticker issue), it would be much appreciated.

If you have the name of the original dealership contact them. They may very well have a copy or be willing to make you one from their records.
