engine running weird

yea I have done that and it is on the driver side, what does that do for me now? I still don't know what it is
 
Lol, is the sound in the rocker cover or the exhaust manifold or the powersteering pump or the EGR valve or the master cylinder???? :) Those are all on the driver's side.
