Fan VCRM over-ride circuit

Last summer you posted your over-ride circuit w/ a 40a spdt relay. I've been looking for a 40a but havent found one.
Do you recall where got yours?

I found the 40A relay at an electronics supply store. It was a difficult find. If you still need one, PM me and I'll try to help out.

I was looking in the auto supply stores and not finding any, but as
soon as I checked electronics catalogs I found a bunch.
Jameco Electronics has them for $3 and sockets for $2.35.

I found the plug and pigtail for the relay at an automotive electrical shop in town. They had 2 versions. One with light gauge wires and another with 2 heavy 12AWG wire leads. I bought 2 units and swapped the terminals with heavy wire leads so all fan power leads(3) used the heavier wire. Also, not being particularly fond of high amperage fuses, I installed a 40 amp circuit breaker to protect the circuit.
