So Mom was in from Vegas for a week, and I let her use my car. Mods are a Lonnie Chip, Custom Exhaust (semi-loud) from Dan Rotolante, sensor lowering, tinted windows, etc.
So I was a little worried as she's used to driving in Vegas and used to a Grand Am. But when she drove me to the doctor last week, I could tell she liked the car and the power. She did ask if it was supposed to shift so hard, lol. She says she didn't race anyone, but she also said if she was driving it for just another week she could tell she'd be zipping all over town in it. }(
I'm gonna have to check the MPG and see just what kind of driving she did. :7 But she didn't think it was too loud (of course she didn't realize that it was louder when you have the windows open) and apparently the bumpier ride from the lowering didn't bother her at all.
So just don't be so sure when you see an old lady in a Lincoln that she won't race you off the line. }(
