BTW, the gates open at 1PM(not noon), and racing is usually started 1:30 to 2:00. They have a trophy bracket race also, with a $5 entry fee. Trophies to both 1st and 2nd.

WooHoo! 14 runs in all and 9 wins. Best times of the day...

1/8 MPH 75.62 MPH

The car ran VERY consistent with 9.6xx at hi-74/lo-75 mph. Only inconsistency was the 60 foot times(2.1 to 2.5).

I decided to enter the feature trophy bracket race this time out. I set a dial in of 9.59, since I had only 2 runs under 9.6. There were 13 cars in the elimination. I won in round one when the opponent red lighted but ran all out anyways with a 9.620 seconds at 74.64 MPH. In round 2, I crumbled under the pressure and beat myself with a 0.483 RT! I still finished off the run with a 9.650 seconds at 74.81 MPH.

Bracket racing is not all that easy, it sucks when you get elimiated.

Especially being the fast car, as I found out rather quickly. Sitting at the light for a second or more takes extreme focus.
