I raced two coupes few weeks ago, right before I sold my car.

They were not stock. Or at least didn't sound/ride like stock.

Must've been low 13 sec cars.

My friend has an 05 G35 Sedan auto with only a Z-tube (stock 350z intake tube) and a k&n panel filter and I find it interesting that his car runs almost the exact same time as my 98 LSC. He runs a 2.2/14.68/96.5mph while I run a 2.2/14.62/97.3mph with SCT chip, K&N conical and Bullets.

I've seen 2 on wednesday nights...both were stock looking under the hood... one ran consistent 14.20's in the 1/4 mile...the other was running 14.50's.

With a skilled driver, I think a G35 coupe STOCK would beat a a stock Mark VIII 7 days a week....

The coupe and the sedan are the same speed because they weigh the same. More of the sedans are autos though.
