Gray Arm Broken! Can I Replace?! Help!

Hello. I proceeded with the task this afternoon of changing my blend door actuator. I get everything apart, find out the tip of the gray arm is broken off, and i cant seem to pull it out, although i didn't try too hard. AND my blend door actuator was broken as well, i have the supposedly "updated" part. But how do i fix the gray arm? I got the part # off of it it's F7LH19D846-BB but can i just replace the gray arm? Do i have to take the dash completely off and take the heater box out and tear that apart to replace the gray arm?! HELP! lol... got a 500 mile round trip commin up this weekend as well! Thanks!

But its not on the blend door, the blend door actuator was broken YES, but the rod that goes from the blend door to the gray arm, well that gray arm, the one u pull to get heat, the tip of it was broken off, the part from ford was $4.93, and wont be here till tomorrow, but i need to know if that gray arm is removable without disassembling the entire heater box. Thanks.
