hardly worth posting

i've hardly been driving my lincoln, since i've been on the road so much lately, and when i'm home i need to haul or tow stuff so i drive my suburban.

but last weekend i took the lincoln out. i was cruising down the highway, taking it easy in the middle lane. all of a sudden 3 guys, looked like mexicans, pull up next to me and rev their engine. they're in an old POS accord. So i rev my engine. Oops, it's an auto.... now i'm 4 car lenghts ahead.

They catch up, get even. Of course, they're in the right lane and my exit is coming up. The guy in front of me gets in the left lane, perfect. then i floor it, and of course just walk away. I get going a bit, get in front of them, and hit my exit. It's a nice curvy exit, and i know i can take it at least at 60. So i hit it at 70-75. I actually had to drive, but it was no problem. I was hoping they'd try to follow just so they'd realize that hondas aren't even hot stuff in the corners. But no, they stayed on the e-way. It was fun anyway :).

RE: hardly worth posting

I love doing that kind of stuff on the way to work. This morning a saab was riding my ass so I stepped on it a little. Next I saw the saab was taking the same exit as me and still riding my tail, so I took the ramp at about 80 (wide sticky tires, lowered, swar bay). My car was handling it fine, not even squeaking tires, no leaning. Guess who went off the road? NOT ME They were fine they didn't hit anything, just ended up in the grass and over the curb. It amazes me how people do not know the limits of their car. They were following me and not thinking about how fast they were going. Stupid people....
