hit it harder. Try turning it when hitting it. let it sit overnight in penetrating oil.

That bolt can be a real pain. It took me awhile to get it off on the passenger side the first time i removed it.

it been soaking in PB blaster for an hour or so im going to try again.

Try letting the air out of the strut by removing the valve.

That should loosen it up.

I removed the valve first, anyways I got it out the new strut is in job well done time for a cold one

Help ASAP please

I cannot remove the lower air strut bolt. I got off the nut and can't even hammer the bolt out. Can any one give me any hints or ideas, this is for the drivers side
