I have a 98 LSC and have been having a few HVAC issues.....but I love the car....that is what made me discover this informative site!! I also own a 02 vette and an 05 Chevy SSR to give you an idea of how I love cars.... I have investigated the blend door problem,which thankfully seems to be working.I still can not figure out the problem and it is starting to get cold in NY....hopefully someone has some more info.

Yes, check out the electrical, interior and HVAC section, chances are that someone has had the same problem as you.:)
 
Hi everyone that replied to my original question.....sorry for delay... I am new to this and kind of slow with computers.....I will get better with time.I went to dealer and it was the dreaded blend door.....!!!!!!!! they want $900 to fix it!!!!! I told them to hold off....I have 3 other cars that have workining heat and I am a little handy with tools,but it is cold in NY right now....so I may hold off till warmer weather and I will see if i could manipulate the blend door to blow hot air till warmer weather......Thanx again and sorry for delay....great forum!!!!!!!!!!!
