Hub and bolt assembly

Very recently I have noticed several broken wheel (lug nut) bolts. While looking for replacement parts, I noticed a picture of a Bendix brand rear rotor (obviously this is a rear wheel we're talking about) with the hub and assembly attached. Is there a part like this, I thought we had hubs that had the bolts pressed in from the rear.

The hub and rotor are separate.

I had issues last year when replacing the rotors. The backside of one of the rotor's boltholes were not chamfered properly to clear the hub bolt shoulder. Thus when installing the wheel, the rotor was not seated against the hub face and only tightened to the bolts.

It didn't take long until there was an obvious problem. When I had returned to the shop for inspection of the cause of severe intermittent driveline vibrations, we noted the wheel was loose and some of the lug bolts were broken!

We replaced all the bolts and chamfered the backside of the rotor boltholes to allow the rotor to fully seat against the hub face. Problem solved.
