At least, I think I am... this pic is taken looking up behind the right rear tire...

Change it... back to stock... which is cheap.

Or get aftermarket unit for $200 or so... but it will cause your wheel to lift up when you pull into gas stations etc.
 
Heard somewhere (here???) that the stock one for the T-Bird is same size only better. Solid instead of hollow?
 
I think it was only for the supercoupe? Or perhaps the V8 with the sport package... pretty hard to find.
 
I read somewhere that the Cougar XR 7 has a solid sway bar that can be used on the Mark. Dunno how true this is or if slight modding is required?
 
The Dark Site has pretty detailed info on replacing this stock sway bar with a solid one, and details which models of car have compatible units. Thanks everyone!
