I have seen The Matrix Reloaded (no spoilers)

I just got back from the sneak preview of the new matrix movie. I won't give anything away, but I will tell you it has the best fights I have ever seen. However I was a bit disapointed in parts. I think i like the first one better overall. I will give more details when others have had a chance to see it. There is definatly a preview of part 3 afte the movie ends, so stick around for sure!

In the parts that you were disappointed with; did that disappointment reach a level that made you wish you had kept your money in your pocket?

There were a couple of parts where it became obvious that it was computer animation (but they were some badass fight scenes). There was one or two parts that got just a little too sappy too. But overall, i thought it was a great movie. I'd say on par with the first movie. I think i liked the first movie better though, because they started off with normalcy and developed the whole plot. There are some really cool scenes in this movie though, like the chase scene. Kinda farfetched, but hella-cool.

Exactly what Dave said. It was worth the ticket, but they made it too religious IMO. I realize there are obvious connections, but they really blow it up in the second movie. There is an aweful scene in Zion that looks like a rave party, very lame.

It really felt like something was missing from this movie. And some of the characters I was lookign forward to seeing had very small parts.

We should start of forum for people who have seen it where we can discuss it in detail :) I don't want to give away too much, someone did that to me with X2, i was pissed.
