After the beach party Im going to sell the Convertible.

I swore I would never do it, but the truth is I want a motorcycle alot more than I want the convertible. I sold my Buell to my dad to purchase the Vert and I miss having a bike so bad its not even funny.

Not to mention the fact that I havnt driven the 96 even once this year.

I figure Id throw it on ebay and see if i could get a decent amount for it. If not ill keep it and enjoy it.

That is all.

It's tough to have more than a couple of these cars. I don't know how some do it. I sometimes struggle with my fleet. Luckily, I've given up on bikes long ago.

Good luck Chris, I wish I could buy it.

I need 5 Mark VIII's, no actualy, I don't.:D

I'll trade you a white CE.:D

Owning multiple Mark VIII's does take a lot of work.:)

$11k is not happening on this 120k+ mile car, no matter what you sprayed it with. I hope you didn't buy it to make money with. ;)

Verts are fun, but the market is limited, as if it wasn't for the mark viiis in general.

Hmm, what do you want for the car? Seriously, $11k would be fine if I ever take up crack smoking but realistically what are you contemplating?;):D

i think the price is fair. I dont think I will get it, but its fair.

Soon enough you'll be back for a convertible, though....take your pick. :D

I've given up on bikes long ago.

..smart man, but we already knew that.

in 1993 (RIP CBR) I gave up on motorcycles after the second uninsured illegal alien ran into me.
theres just too many cars, (and deer..another story)

I got hit twice in 10,000 miles, and I then decide I needed fenders and doors.

"Im gonna sell the vert".....where have I heard that before k9!?! good luck on finding her an acceptable owner!!

you could always erect a pole barn and start a fleet!!

we could all give our opinion of what we think ANY car is *worth*.
Honestly, I'd pay $11k for a clean convertible like that over a highly modified Mark VIII, or a low-mile rarity.

But...that's MY opinion.

I paid that price for my 52k mile 94 when I bought it in 2003(by the time you factor interest).

I've got a 29k mile engine and transmission to slap in it anyway!

easy to say since I don't have $11k. But if I had close to that and was in the market for another Mark VIII, yours would be at the top of my list.
