How can you tell?
In the 94 I can feel them open a little over 3k rpm like they should. (I mean I feel it pull stronger.) But in the 97 it feels like it pulls the same all the way through. It used to be just like the 94 but its not anymore. Y'all know what i'm talking about?
Will it throw a CEL if they are stuck either open or closed? Any way to test it?
Hind sight being 20/20, I should have cleaned them really good when I had the intake off.
I know its not the difference in the intakes (gen1 v/s gen2). It used to pull really hard after 3K but no longer is. Still pulls strong with the 4.10's, but no noticeable increase after 3k. Anyone else with steep gears notice this or is it just me and my IMRC's?
