Almost any auto recycler will have a 4.6 intake manifold laying around. Try using www.car-part.com.
If you want a new one, try contacting one of our preferred vendors of OEM Ford parts - Five Star Ford (AZ) or Ford Parts Network (out east). I believe their contact info can be found in the "links" section of the Lincolns of Distinction home page.

Aren't those plastic? My friend Dave says he sees a lot of those coming in to the shop he works at with cracked intake manifolds. So you'll probably have trouble finding a good one at a junkyard. But you can do a search at www.car-part.com to see what you come up with. Make sure you fill in all the fields or it'll just tell you "no parts". If that doesn't pan out you can try www.fordpartsnetwork.com, Torrie is always very helpful.
