Lincoln Newb!

Hey crew,

I'm a journalist who recently spent a week with an MKS. It's definitely a descendant of the cars that brought us the first replaceable-bulb flush headlamps and neon tube taillamps. ;) I produced a video review that I think you guys might be interested in. Is it okay to post the link... and where should I post it?

I'd also really appreciate some critique and countercommentary -- stuff I missed, stuff I got wrong, things I can do better next time.

Glad to be a member ;)

Hi! I think your post would be appreciated in the "Other Lincolns" category. I'm sure at least a few of us here are interested in the MKS. So go ahead and post. Welcome.

Driller -- next time I'm in WV, I might take you up on your offer! Not kidding!

Thanks for the kind words, crew. I must have fumbled something. If you have critique or counter-commentary, I'd be much obliged. :)

Hey Adam I'm also a journalist myself and I use to run a car column in the newspaper where I'm from and I ironically my name is Adam. Nice to meet ya, hope to be seeing you around here more.

:) Good to know you, Adam.

So. The MKS review went well, but I'm not finished trying new things. It occurs to me that media must be social in the future, and even video reviews aren't inclusive enough.

Tomorrow at 6:30 PM Central, I'm hosting a live Q&A/walkaround of the Ford Flex. It's not a Lincoln product, but I bet you guys might have something to say. I've invited a few enthusiast forums, some owners, and prospective buyers -- Ford will be watching, but I asked them to stay in the background. This isn't a sales pitch. ;)

Anyway, it's going down here: http://stickam.com/highmileage I've never done anything like this before, but I'm optimistic that it will work -- I hope to see some of you guys there.

Adam
