since i gave her the car she has been complaining about how low it is, and she is affraid of speed bumps and everything else. so i put a motorcraft coil kit in it and took out the lowered strut masters kit. this is what she wanted, she said yesterday it looks like a donk without the huge wheels!! it rides amazing, but it looks totally retarded to me!

I mean, it's not bad... just not ideal. My Mark still sits at the stock height. Gotta say, though, that those have gotta be the cleanest 10-spoke directionals that I've ever seen!
 
I have to agree with your wife though. I couldn't drive a car that bottomed out if I didn't hit a bump "just right". At least not in Michigan.

My lowered (sometimes) air ride doesn't do that.:D
 
the rear is a hair higher than stock the front isnt, i am gonna sit jack stands under the the irs brackets about 1 inch below them and heat the rear springs with a torch its too high in the back. i dropped it off at the ford dealer tonight to have it alligned tomorrow and have the wheels balanced. then i'll lower the rear an inch and be done! change the oil and its good to go again!
 
its back for the allignment x 2, they couldnt do it yesterday because my rack was pouring fluid out of the end seal when turned all the way to the left, i knew it had a leak but didnt know it was that bad, the water pump was leaking all over the crank pulley too, man!!!! so they said they would do the rack for $455 and i laughed and said put the tires back on and i will fix it myself. i took it to the shop, jumped in my 97 and went and got a rebuild ford rack and new water pump for $148 bucks and 3 hours later it was fixed. so i dropped it back off tonight to get it alligned tomorrow, the ford dealer couldnt believe i had it fixed already, they know i work during the day, the guy said when did you fix it, i said last night, after a full days work, pretty amazing how determined some people are when they save tons of money huh? lol!!!!!
