Loud squeek from front end when turning. WTF

That's about it, the squeeking is really crappy at low speed. Some one help. Only when turning.

Would help to know MAKE, MODEL YEAR vehicle. In any case, if you have a high milage (100,000) or more, probably rack and pinion will need rebuilding/replacing.

Well, if it's any consolation, my '93 has a squeaking front end at times. I have yet to find any worn parts to warrant replacement. I don't think mine is rack and pinion as it appears to be vertical suspension related, though the first I heard it was in turns only. Now it comes and goes for no apparent reason. I suspect my next annual alignment may turn up something.

Squeaking Lincolns aren't cool. If you track it down, be sure to post the results.
