Helping out a new MK owner, and somebody taped up the plug that goes to the master cylinder, and hid it under the strut cover. Any knowledge or ideas why this was done? We plugged it in and it seemed to be OK. Don't know if recalls were done yet. It's a 98 MK VIII lsc. Thanks TONYyyy
