MKS - the new Town Car????

Not sure what info is going around, but I've seen quite a bit of press about the MKS taking the place of the Town Car. I can see advantages to the MKS, but I hate to lose the Town Car name. It is very classy and evokes thoughts of high end carriages. I guess that I'm old fashion about it, but I'll miss it. Also, I'm not really sure how you'd strech a MKS for the presidential limo.......

From what I have heard it is NOT a replacement for the towncar. This is a replacement for the LS.

I thought I heard it was to replace the LS nameplate as well. From what I have heard though, Ford is planning on replacing all the Lincoln nameplates with three letter names instead
