1987 Honda rebel 450 in Jacksonville NC. These bikes were only made for 2 years due to lawsuit by Harley Davidson. For 21 years old this bike looks really good. KBB says the resale value is $2000 so I will be asking $2000 OBO. Great daily driver or collector item.
The good: The bike looks and runs great. It has 40k miles which averages out to 2k a year which I think is pretty low. I have put 10k on it in the last 7 months. I have changed the oil 5 times (every 2k miles). Carbs were thoroughly cleaned less than 1k miles ago. Tires are in good shape and so is the paint and chrome. No rust anywhere.
The bad: Theere is a small chip (no dent) on the gas tank logo from the PO. The seat is starting to open up at the seam a little on the right side. Other than that the bike is flawless.
