HELP!!! Please!!

I leave in about 40 min for a 3 hour drive. I just tried ejecting the cartridge to put new CD's in and it won't come out. So I thought fine, I can deal with these same 10 CD's for this trip. Went back in the car and now it is saying NO CD.

How can I get the cartridge out or for it to read from it again?!?

I'm stuck with the radio again. (No Tapes in the car)

RE: My CD changer ate the cartridge!!!

Try disconnecting the battery for a minute and then re-connecting it.
PITA, I know, but it frequently works. (Sony IS balonga)

Thanks Sandy, I'll have to try that.

Don't have time to do that right now though. Getting things together for my last minute trip.

Really wish I had the plane down here right now. Though that would be interesting to. I have to drive/fly through a line of T-storms.

RE: My CD changer ate the cartridge!!!

On my last car a 99 mitsu galant when that happened I would unplug the cd changer at the cd changer and then wait a little bit and reconnect. I would imagine the battery disconnect for a minute would work too.

If you're not able to eject the mag after all the other suggestions, here's what I did...

remove the changer from the trunk, then remove the mounting brackets & exterior covers. On the bottom, you'll see a small rectangular tab sticking through a cutout in the circuit board. Using a pair of needlenose pliers, pull this tab up/out... the magazine should then pop right out. Worked for me anyway...
