My new exhaust...

We ripped out all the old 2 1/4" exhaust and put in all new 2 1/2" exhaust from headers back to 2 magnaflows with a crossover. This was done for the 2001 SVT motor.No room for an X pipe this time with 2 new high flow cats like the Stangs use.

Nice. It is not very clear in the last picture, but it looks like a collector connecting ot the 2.5". Did you go ahead and put longtubes on the car? How is she running?? Good to see you got it all togeather!!

Yes im running ART's headers Accellerated Race Technologies i gave him and Dennis props at end for suppliers of parts, Along with everyone else that helped....Its running fine at idle, but i wont know down the road till i get my fiber powerpipe completed. ETA maybee three more days of sanding and primping to get it perfect. Heres a pic of engine, i stole your trick of curly Qing the fuel lines to make them work. Eventually it will be Steeda fuel rails and Earls plumbing like we talked about.

Heres another one maybee a little clearer. Im worried about hoe close the passenger side one is to the tranny pan. My lines to the B&M cooler are DEFINATELY getting moved and switched to flexible earls or jessell then going to go down other side on top of tranny away from headers.

I did't. I replaced both manifolds and cats with longtube headers from ART. I had some aftermarket mutang type cats welded in after the headers.
