Hi there, I'm new to the Lincoln brand in general but I loved being inside a town car and would always request for it whenever I go out of town. So I'm thinking of buying one as my own car and doing some research for it as well.

Hope to have a great time here in the forums

Welcome! I've owned an 89 Townie and a 91 Townie. I loved both of them. You really can't go wrong there. As long as they're maintained well, your golden. I had remote start on the 91. It would start every time in the winter even at 20 below. It had no block heater at all either. :D

Greetings, and Welcome!

If it's Town Car info you are looking for, I could go on and on about how good my (330,000 mile) Town Car has been to me. Or, I can send you here.

for a thorough year-by-year history. Based on the article above, it looks like '05 and 06 might be the "sweet spot" for newish models. :) In my re-read just now, I discovered that I have the roller cam. neat.

Oh, and a few of us are big fans of the Lincoln Mark VIII, too. :D

Welcome! :)

I have an '06 Town Car and an '02 Town Car prior to that. They are great cars! I think I'd have to agree that the '06 is one of the better late models.
