just want to say hello to everyone.... on the hunt for another mark 8... need to get rid of a 94 chevy 1500 xcab pickup 2wd...... 170k, white... v6... great on gas, good spare vehicle or everyday ride for work... nothing special but very dependable.... i have no use for it any more and want another mark 8... naturally, i would make the difference in cash.....:cool-blue:

97-98 non lsc, (i like a little chrome),ivory pearl escent. moonroof, wheels dont really make a difference to me. i would swap em out for cobra r's anyway... interior--- light cream color... i just think the color combo is very elegant and sexy as hell...all stock!! than i would do my mods. drop'd tinted and cobra r's... i did a led swap of all the interior lighting and the exterior marker lights and was a nice touch... with those few mods it doesnt look like a chick's car but has just enuff to set it apart from the rest.. nice to cruise on the weekends, classy enuff to take to a wedding, and can hold its own when parked outside a upscale club... this is exaclty what i had b4 and i want to duplicate it... oh yeah, its gotta b in tip top condition, with 40-50k miles.... i know its alot to ask but im very picky and it took me a year to find the first one so im not exspecting to find its sister for quite awhile.... but, im always lookin!! 
once i get it, the name of the game is slow and steady... i didnt force or rush any mod i did on my previous mark and it showed.... everything was exactly as it should be.... even had the original window sticker laminated and kept a open box of fabric softner sheets tucked under the spare tire subfloor just for a fresh smell when opening the door....i get pissed sometimes when i think about how hard i worked to get it up to my standards only to have someone else enjoy it... but, like i said, junior came along and the mark isnt the best for car seats.... (i tried it once).... wasnt gonna work... thus, it was sold.... but, for 2 people. its perfect.. it'll be my toy and i know its gonna take 4ever to get another 1 as nice as mine was but patience is a virtue and its all worth it in the end...

(i tried it once).... wasnt gonna work... thus, it was sold.... but, for 2 people. its perfect.. it'll be my toy and i know its gonna take 4ever to get another 1 as nice as mine was but patience is a virtue and its all worth it in the end...my trailblazer ss is the family truckster and though its 9 years younger, it doesnt compare to to the overall feel of a lincoln mark... only thing i can say is it will haul ass and would spank a mark all the way @... beings its got 390 horses outta the box, its pretty quick for a suv... add a tune, and cai plus a upgrade to the exhaust, and it makes alot of people do a double take when i roll by em at 130... the truck is a brick in design and doesnt cut thru the air at all... over 100 mph, and it gets a bit tough b cause of the boxy design. overall, it does what it has to do but its not by any means, what i would take out on a saturday night if a mark 8 was sitting next ot it in the garage...
