oil filter change on the 1998 lincoln continental

where is the oil filter on this car its a 4.6 intec dohc? and what is the best way to get to it?

jack the car up and with air suspension off.remove the plastic airdam from between the engine frame and front valance.lie on your back and look up between the radiator and the engine and have fun.
