Pulley removal

How do I remove a pulley from a blower? (Obviously a compression wrench but what do I do so it takes the bolt off without just spinning the pulley)?

I'm asking because once I took it off of the car I tilted it and all of the oil fell on the floor because it blew a gasket behind the pulley and needs to be replaced.

I don't have the tool...

Right after making this thread I thought "why didn't I just call procharger" and wished I could delete it.... <<< Embarrassed

Well I've never done anything like that before. LOL

Actually, you could have....there is an "EDIT" function, good for about an hour after you post.....just use the backspace and say OOPS!

I use it ....OFTEN!

Cool. OOPS
